DATP FACILIATATORS

  • Tracee O'Grady

    Tracee O'Grady works at a Regional Advocate covering both Pipestone and Rock counties working with victims and survivors of domestic and sexual assault. Tracee also co-facilitates the virtual DATP (Domestic Abuse Transformation Program). Tracee graduated from Wichita State University in Wichita Kansas with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice in 2006 and for the most part since, has been working in some capacity with victims and/or offenders. Tracee has worked with victims of crime for over 15 years and offenders for eight years. Tracee lives in Sioux Falls and enjoys hiking, kayaking, coffee, anything space related, and spending time with her two furbabies!

  • Seth Quam

    Seth Quam works as Health Promotion and Violence Prevention Program Manager at the University of St. Thomas and has served as co-facilitator for the DATP program since it started in 2021. He previously worked as a group facilitator at the Center for Advancing Domestic Peace, while he was completing his masters degrees in social work and public health. Before graduate school he worked for two years as Youth Outreach Coordinator at the Southwest Crisis Center, where he did both violence prevention education and advocacy for youth survivors of violence. Seth lives in St. Paul with his fiancée and enjoys sports, baking, pottery, woodworking, and the outdoors!
